Please do not ask us to confirm expressions of interest or for project updates / estimated delivery dates – we always put the most up-to-date information on our website and you can see an overview here on our Project page. All our products which are still available for ordering can be found by clicking on the “Shop” link in the menu.

If you are unsure what you have placed an order for please click on the Shop link and then My Account – you will be able to check all your existing orders. If you have lost your password then you can recover it using the lost password tool.

We will reply as soon as possible, but please bear in mind that we are 2 people and that we both work full-time and do this in our spare time so it may be days before we can reply. Thanks for your understanding! Please note that we just moved address (twice) so the delay in replying may be greater than usual (end Dec 2017).  We have also just discovered that some emails were not forwarded by the website – we are working through missing emails from the backup and will reply where necessary in due course.

We are not taking any reservations for Pendolinos until they arrive in the UK.  Please keep an eye on our site and sign up for our newsletter for details of what will be available and how to purchase.
